All Custom Orders are non-refundable. Each Custom Order is built exactly to the specs of the customer. This makes resale of these products difficult in some cases. That being said, we are fully dedicated to making sure you get a product that you are completely happy with. If you ever have issues with any of our products, please reach out to us for help; We will get you up and running again.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When placing a custom order, you agreeing: You realize it is a non-refundable product, and returns will only be accepted under certain conditions. These terms are also repeated during checkout, and must be acknowledged before your order will be processed.
SHIPPING
All orders ship as they are completed, and you will see an estimated lead time on each product before ordering. Orders are shipped through USPS in most cases, and will always ship with a tracking number that will be included in an automated email sent out upon completion of said order.
